Courtney Sparks White

Partner, Business Valuation & Forensic Accounting

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs (and golfers) Courtney Sparks White learned that focus and determination drive success. This firsthand knowledge created vision and purpose for her practice: to help people make better decisions.

Courtney is a Partner here at Clarus Partners and leads the Business Valuation and Forensic Accounting team. She works with business owners, attorneys, and other advisors on transactional valuation matters, economic damages analyses, and other complex financial issues that arise in litigation.
A Capital Law School graduate, her legal training has informed the way she thinks and analyzes facts. As well, it enables her to understand complex financial situations and develop solutions that are clear and understandable.

Courtney has worked with a variety of companies, from early stage start-ups to mature and established national businesses and brands, and she has performed valuations in a number of different industries. She prides herself on asking the right questions to truly understand and uncover a business’ value and providing practical and logical valuations.

Don’t be surprised if you see her at your next event. Teaching valuation at a national seminar or mingling at a mixer, Courtney is always at the forefront.
